Strand of Dreams - Audrey Howard has excelled yet again with this book, I could not put it down, however I would have liked to have read the follow on from Shining Threads as I was intrigued by the way I felt when reading this book.She has a way of making you put yourself into the story although it is romantic fiction it could not have been closer to the mark when Tim had returned from the trenches having nightmares about the people that he fought alongside. Also the prudish way in what the Gentry saw as lower class, It just goes to show that the the upper class did forget that they also had to make their way by hard work just Like Tims Grandfather and Molly.however it was inevitable that Molly and Joel Greenwood would reunite Please can we have a sequel to this book.
A great story of a woman who falls in love with two men - This has to be one of my favourite Audrey Howard books. Molly may love her husband, but she inevitably falls for his dark mysterious cousin... It s fantastically written, and you can t help but feel for all sides, Tim is enduring and Molly strong and caring... I couldn t put it down and could read it again and again!!!
